The beach of El Rompido is a natural park of the Flecha de el Rompido, in the municipality of Cartaya in Huelva. It is a golden sand beach, semi-urban and with a medium level of occupancy.
Since it is enclaved in a natural habitat, the Rompido beach lacks services and equipment. It is a kilometer long beach where you'll find a small section on the water that serves as the perfect spot for small boats to anchor out in. It is surrounded by abundant vegetation and is also known as the Beach of San Miguel.
Other nearby beaches are those of El Portil with an extensive area of golden sands. Nueva Umbria is the only nudist beach around the areas of La Antilla or Islantilla, as well a highly visited tourist areas such as Los Enebrales in a natural park.
